The foundation to much of my work around workplace culture and integration, performance management and training comes from a 20-year career in operational management. Since heading up an HR team in 2008, my experience also extends to all the classic HR functions such as compiling staff handbooks, setting out and implementing HR procedures, assisting with recruitment and redundancy, reviewing employee contracts and establishing HR management systems.
